After years of living and meeting online, the LOTE team is pleased to announce that Living on the Edge 2023 will be held in person in Kyoto. In line with this, our theme is Coming Together. Over the years, we have discussed the joys and challenges of being the nail that sticks out, and shared stories of the ways that the “edge” can be home. We have raised our voices in the joint pursuit of raising visibility, awareness, and advocacy. This year, we encourage you to celebrate the power of uniting in difference. How has difference brought positive change to your life and to those around you? What have you learnt? How have you come together with others to pursue a common aim. How have struggles resulted in triumphs? Join us to celebrate and share takeaways of positive impact.
何年ものオンライン開催を経て、ようやくLiving on the Edge 2023が京都で直接開催されることをお知らせすることができ、LOTE チームは嬉しく思います。もちろん、今回のテーマは「団結/Coming Together」です。これまで私たちは「はみ出る釘」であることの喜びと課題について話し合い、いかに「エッジ／問縁」が家になりうるかについての話を共有してきました。そして、認知度向上、意識向上、アドボカシーを追求し、声を上げてきました。今年は、「遠い」の中で団結する力を讃えたいと思います。「遊い」はあなたの人生やあなたの周りの人々に、どのようにポジティプな変化をもたらしましたか？あなたは何を学びましたか？共通の目的を追求するために、どのように他の人と団結しましたか？どのように苦労が勝利につながったのでしょうか？私たちと一緒に、「遊い」
