Title: ADHD in Language Teachers

Researchers: Marc Jones (Toyo University) and Gretchen Clark (Ritsumeikan University)

Purpose: This questionnaire is part of a research study exploring the experiences of language teachers with Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). You will be asked questions about if and when you have had a formal diagnosis, and how ADHD affects your teaching practice and professional relationships. The final section of the questionnaire asks you to evaluate your self-efficacy with regard to your workplace tasks. Demographic questions will also be asked. In total, the questionnaire will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
